Mike Day, Founder and Chief Executive
Previously Managing Director of Customised Contract Catering which he formed with Louise Willcock in 1991 and built to £7M annual sales with 400 staff operating in 65 locations. Sold company to Granada plc in 1999. Other positions include Operations Director for David Lloyd Leisure prior to sale to Whitbread, six years as Hospitality Director for Robert Maxwell's Pergamon Group, hotel manager with Kingsmead Hotels and senior positions with Grandmet Catering.

Lou Willcock (Bsc Hons), Founder and Director
Previously Sales & Marketing Director of Customised Contract Catering which she formed with Mike Day in 1991 and built to £7M annual sales with 400 staff operating in 65 locations. Sold company to Granada plc in 1999. Other industry positions held include lecturer in Marketing at Oxford Brookes University, and Sales Executive with Gardner Merchant prior to sale to Sodexho. Lou is on the editorial board of GTI publications and is an active alumni committee member at Oxford Brookes University.

David West, Technical Director
Beginning his career with advertising agency Abbott Mead Vickers in London as Internet Development Manager, David has been instrumental in the development of software and internet applications for a number of corporate businesses. Most recently, David has lead a team of developers to deliver software solutions for companies such as Microsoft, Goldman Sachs, Visa International and Diageo. David is our technical director, responsible for all IT matters and leads our software development team that produce IndiCater's products.

Helen Wharpshire, Customer Service Manager
Following graduation from Bournemouth University with a degree in Leisure Marketing, where she specialised in technology, Helen started her hospitality career in event management where her clients included British Airways, De Beers and P & G Professional. Helen then joined IndiCater in 2001 where she heads up the customer support team which includes on-site training and a telephone support helpdesk.


Wendy Gilchrist, Customer Support
Following 10 years as a Personnel Manager for Croydon Council responsible for managing and developing over 400 staff, Wendy joined the Croydon Chamber of Commerce as a PA to the Chief Executive. In 2001 Wendy progressed into the IT sector where she became Operations Manager for a software company working for clients such as Microsoft, Visa and Diageo. After a short time she headed up the IT and Internet Services department, where she managed independent IT accounts and was responsible for online support. She joined Indicater in 2006 as a member of the support team.
