Overview
This module is designed for clients of Contract Caterers who require an efficient process for their clients departments to place advance hospitality orders for meetings and events. Alternatively this module can be used for clients of Delivered Caterers. Menus and tariffs can be maintained centrally and can be instantly updated to take account of market prices and product unavailability. Kitchen(s) monitors orders received, views production schedules and prints dispatch notes.

Rules
A series of rules can be tailored for each client such as the setting of daily cut off times for placing orders, daily updates to restricted delivery times, and items requiring specific authorisation.
Reports
A Report Wizard provides clients with real time views of outstanding orders, orders due for dispatch, past orders, orders awaiting approval, and a summary of invoice charges. Other reports include most popular menus key performance indicators. |
