Overview
Once data has been entered by an outlet (Data In), it can be viewed by the Reports Wizard (Data Out) in any way required. Reports are created instantly and can be viewed by single outlet, or by all outlets, and in consolidated format.
Reports can be viewed for single weeks, your trading period, calendar month, year to date etc with all details compared with budgets. Outlet Managers, Area Managers and Head Office can each view reports in the format that is right for their needs. Data can be exported into a CSV format for importing into your own accounting or payroll application (ie Sage, Sun, Astute, Iris, Ernie etc).

Data Exports
The Data Export tool is designed to eliminate double entry of purchases, income and banking at head office. The IndiCater Suite exports data to a csv file format to enable it to be imported into each client’s own accounting or payroll software.
Data is available to be exported once the required period has been ‘Closed’ by the outlet manager or head office. Once the data has been exported into a CSV format, it is tagged to prevent it being exported more than once.
The standard CSV format is compatible to Sage Line 50 but can be configured for any other application such as Sage MMS, Sun, Iris, Ernie etc.
