Overview

Let you customers ‘beat the queues’ by placing their orders in advance using our Virtual Deli module.  Customers set up their own accounts and add money to them using credit or debit cards.

Default Settings (can be changed)

  • Users cannot place orders for payment at the counter
  • Orders cannot be deleted on the day of order
  • Payment ‘on account’ by credit/debit card using secure Tradesafe

Accounting

  • Bank transfer made every Friday net of transaction charges
  • Virtual Deli Report provides reconciliation between sales at till and money place on accounts and total ‘on account’ outstanding

Security

  • Customers use the secure Tradesafe shopping tool
  • Users are unable to use the ‘Back’ key
