The following are all included in the monthly License & Support charge:

  • Online Help The IndiCater Suite Document Library contains a complete range of step-by-step User Guides and FAQ’s. Selecting the Help button anywhere in the application provides details of how to use the process the user is in at that time. All of these are constantly updated.
  • Telephone Support Standard support is available Monday to Friday from 9m to 5pm. Support outside these hours can be provided at an additional monthly charge.
  • User E-Bulletins This are issued monthly to keep users up to date with new features, tips and the latest FAQ’s received from users. For an additional charge these can be adapted to incorporate a company’s own information and news snippets.
  • Product Recalls Received from suppliers and the FSA, these are added to the Product Recall headline and the User E-Bulletin, and also emailed immediately to all users.
  • Application Upgrades The IndiCater Suite is normally updated monthly with any new features or improvements to existing processes, together with any required changes resulting from Microsoft updates and patches.
  • New Users Welcome Session - We recommend that this initial training session includes the ‘champions’ in your company who will train your outlet managers. We normally find that an hour session is all that is required for most new users.


Remote linked training session ‘reception area’

Optional Extras:

  • On Site Training This is normally a one to two-hour on site session for one-to-one or any number of attendees
  • Out of standard hours support
  • Remote Linked Training (users join a Net Session from their workplace)
