Data Centre
The servers that contain our clients data are stored in secure premises by award winning dedicated hosting company, Rackspace, using a Cisco-powered, Zero-Downtime Network with unique self-healing attributes, based on multiple bandwidth providers and the BGP4 networking protocol. Fully redundant, enterprise-class routing equipment is used, housed in its own secure core routing room and fed with redundant power supplies. Our systems are monitored 24x7 for availability, performance and reliability with access to the data centre restricted by two-factor authentication including biometric hand scanners. The data centre is physically isolated from everyone except level three technicians. Public access is strictly forbidden.
Computer Requirements
No servers are required by our clients as IndiCater host all the data. Users just require a computer connected to the Internet with a Broadband connection.
