Adding Non-Catalogue Items to Requisitions

With this activated for a supplier, the user could add an item not yet on the catalogue to a requisition, such as daily specials or seasonal items. This is like adding a non-catalogue item when booking off but means a user can add it at the point of ordering.

There is a restriction in that this feature is NOT available for integrated suppliers that transmit their catalogue automatically to IndiCater rather than upload it manually to our Supplier Portal.
