A great new function has been added to Recipe Manager, which enables you to quickly identify the breakdown of allergens in a dish. This is particularly useful if you have a dish which a customer would like to order but would need one of the elements removed as it contains an allergen they have to avoid.
Using an example dish called Posh Cheese on Toast, mustard is included in the dish which has been identified as having an allergen.
By clicking on the blue link, Does Contain, you can expand the allergens to show what ingredients have mustard in and which don’t.
