Our stock management solution allows clients to easily record stock takes – previously a time consuming, complex, and often costly task if carried out incorrectly.

Our stock management tool is a popular choice with clients, enjoying a level of personalisation that results in a very easy to use system, with instant results! Clients can set up stock management using their own stock locations – this can include fridge/freezer locations, store cupboards, shelves, wherever goods are kept.

When integrated with a clients EpOS provider and IndiCaters Recipe Manager tool, clients can generate a theoretical stock loss and consumption report presenting details of expected stock holding based on internal recipes and sales.

Stock management has never been easier.

Driving food and beverage costs

Jenkinsons Caterers are one of the country’s most respected independent wedding caterers.  Their team of talented professionals’ passion for food and commitment to excellence is unwavering.

IndiCater’s StORM plays an essential role at Jenkinsons and has enabled their leadership team to control and streamline processes, verify supplier prices, place orders from pre-approved price lists using menu creator tools, create and automatically cost recipes with nutritional management, record stocktakes, and monitor margins alongside waste. All sales and purchasing transactions held within IndiCater are exported to their own accounting application, thus reducing admin time and allowing staff to focus on further service enhancements. StORM provides guaranteed content of menus, greater supplier management, and automatic compliance by chefs with the companies procurement policies, as well as portion management and accurate dish costing.
