Our support desk is manned by a dedicated team of professionals based at our offices in Reading. We have made a commitment not to outsource our customer support and believe that its place is at the heart of our office space, in the heart of our business.

For the majority of system queries, our users will find the answers they need on our Knowledge Base. This provides instant online access to user guides, tutorial videos and frequently asked questions.

Registered users also have access to our ticket support system, providing answers to more complex individual queries. One of our support team will normally respond to tickets within one business day. Gatekeepers have additional access to a telephone support number.

Our ticket and gatekeepers services are both available Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm, excluding public holidays. We are happy to provide our clients with out of hours support, short term telephone support or a variety of combinations that can be tailored accordingly.

In addition to our standard support, we also offer a range of training courses to suit client needs and budgets. The bespoke and tailored nature of the courses ensure that we deliver the agreed-upon process, and the emphasis, that is important to your individual business needs.
